What could have been a Quanta Fenice turned out to be not that, and we're left feeling drained of hope and ambition for the future. When will Fellini return to steal our girls and return Build Fighters to its former glory?

Shia Kijima, Fumina's ultimate rival, has returned once again to antagonize her, this time in a stylish new rendition of the Quanta! Featuring more sword bits than before and custom cat ears on the head (because why not), this rendition of the Quanta will fit right in with the Portent!
